SRT’s top leadership has extensive experience in the study of materials and the application of various technologies used for erosion and corrosion protection. SRT’s technical experts hold degrees and professional licenses in the field of welding and metallurgical engineering, and specialize in welding
extremely hard materials i.e. tungsten carbide, where joining these types of materials can present metallurgical challenges. For decades the president served as a Corrosion Specialist, identifying damage mechanisms that degrade equipment, developed economically feasible procedures to repair and/or extend
the life of components, and ensured quality requirements were met.
Our Production Manager has progressed from years of experience working as a specialty welder to perfecting welding procedures for PTA over tiles (inserts). Our Quality Manager has developed and implemented Quality Management Systems and helped many very large manufacturing facilities obtain notable quality registrations.
